“ There is an abundant need in this world for your exact brand of beautiful.” – Uninvited

Let me repeat that for emphasis, “ There is an abundant need in this world for your exact brand of beautiful.” That includes your flaws, mistakes, curves or no curves. The things you wish you had done and things you wish you hadn’t. The world needs you. I believe this with all my heart. I believe that you can wake up every day, regardless of the challenges ahead with the motto that: “ today is a good day people!” Regardless of how gracefully you actually handle the day. Hard work always pays off. Caffeine and a good jam sesh is the cure for a restless nights sleep. Candles are a must have in Qinter, and the sun is the best therapy. I love my Heavenly Father, and with out a doubt I know that God is good. I am stubborn, to the point that sometimes it is more of a weakness. I don’t think that you can ever spend too much money on a good book, and if everyone could be as happy as a kid on Christmas morning the world would be a great place. I can’t go through the day with out forgetting my keys, shoes, phone, or well… basically anything. But somehow life goes on! It always does!

Anxiety, depression, and other mental illnesses or struggles, make us stronger. Maybe some one else needs to hear your story, or maybe it taught you to lean on others in times of need. Either way, we can all be more lionhearted. We can be more brave, confident, and courageous in ourselves. We can love and respect others with our whole heart and not just get through the day. We can be lionhearted! Take the challenge. Join our page, be brave, be strong, and be Lionhearted. You can do this! Today, tomorrow and everyday.

So that’s it. 5 minutes with me. If you want to read more about my story with Anxiety then feel free to read the blog (under the blog tab) titled: “ It’s O.K To Not Be okay”.

And remember: “ Today is a good day!”
